How Cool Room Hire Works​

WE DROP OFF AND LOCK IN PLACE
We deliver your cool room trailer to the agreed location and position it safely.

SET UP & COOLING TIME
We set the unit up and make sure it’s running correctly.
Depending on the outside temperature and where the cool room is positioned (sun or shade), it can take up to a couple of hours to reach optimal temperature

LOAD YOUR PRODUCTS
Once it’s cooling, you can start filling it with food and drinks. Tip: If you load warm products, it will temporarily raise the internal temperature until the unit cools them down.

AFTER USE - EMPTY & WIPE DOWN
When you’re finished, please empty the cool room and give it a quick clean inside.

WE PICK UP
We return at the agreed time to collect the cool room trailer.

✅ Power Connection: We supply an extension lead for connection to a standard 10amp power point.
​
🔒 Security: We can also provide a padlock to lock your products away if required.
Damage / Breakdown / Stock Disclaimer

While our cool room trailers are regularly serviced and checked, the hirer is responsible for monitoring temperature and ensuring the unit is connected to a suitable power supply at all times.

Cool room Trailer Hire is not responsible for:

Spoiled or damaged stock due to fridge malfunction

Power outages or disconnection

Incorrect use or overloading

Poor ventilation or improper setup conditions

By hiring our cool room trailer, you agree that all goods stored are kept at your own risk.

Payment
Payment must be made prior to hire to secure your booking.
Payment can also be made on delivery via cash or bank transfer.​
